Include personalised coaching to the MATRI journey — because confidence at work starts with the right support
Are you looking to offer personalised support that helps working parents return with clarity, confidence, and purpose?
While group learning and community support offer powerful connection, some challenges are deeply personal.
1:1 Parental coaching gives your team members the space to explore their own journey — from the emotional shifts of new parenthood to the practical realities of returning to work.
Our experienced coaches provide tailored support before, during, and after parental leave.
Whether it's building confidence, redefining priorities, or managing logistics, these sessions are designed to meet each individual exactly where they are.
The results? Mothers and fathers return to work feeling prepared, supported, and reconnected to their professional identity, which directly contributes to stronger engagement, higher performance, and improved wellbeing. For employers, this translates into a faster return to productivity and a visible commitment to an inclusive workplace culture.
Why Offer 1:1 Parental Coaching?
- Because every journey is unique.
Group support is powerful — but sometimes, individual attention makes all the difference. With 1:1 coaching, employees have a confidential space to explore their challenges, develop strategies, and return to work with renewed confidence and clarity. - Because it pays to retain your talent.
Replacing an employee can cost between 6–9 months of their salary. Coaching strengthens the return-to-work experience, increases engagement, and boosts retention. - Because it aligns with your wider inclusion and wellbeing goals.
Offering personalised support demonstrates a genuine commitment to gender equity, employee wellbeing, and inclusive leadership — all core components of a modern, progressive workplace.
Designed to Complement the MATRI Programmes
1:1 Parental Coaching is not a standalone product; it's designed to enhance your existing MATRI provision. Many of our clients opt to offer 1:1 coaching alongside webinar and platform access, particularly for key individuals or as part of a wider leadership, talent, or wellbeing initiative.
Our coaches work closely with each employee, supporting them at the key stages of their journey. Sessions are always flexible, confidential, and tailored to individual needs. They are delivered by highly experienced, qualified coaches with expertise in maternity and paternity transitions.
